You can drink Sapporo Classic at Ogikubo! This is a ramen shop.And you can have Hakodate ramen.Fine noodles with a gentle taste. There is no reason not to be delicious.Volume is small but just right after drinking beer

I heard that I was waiting in line, but when I passed in the evening on the cultural holiday, there were only two customers in the store. We enjoyed the light and salty soup that is gentle on the body and the savory pork soup that you want to eat!It does n’t lean at all after a meal.But it might be unsatisfactory if you like pork bones.

Shiwasu 19 nights, 750 ramen + 100 taste balls, 250 squid on the side. First of all, it looks beautiful (I don't have any photos). Slightly thin noodles, two roasted char siu, menma, fu, fine dust onion. Shin kombu and clear scallop of sarukoshi scallops. The topped taste ball is a fair-skinned beauty, but the white soy sauce sauce (cana?) Permeates deeply and softly into the yolk. The squid squid is also made of squid, which is made of rice cake and rice stalks. Hokkaido is the best because I have been taken care of around Saroma Lake for half a year. By the way, the best of Subchan is "Namida Ship" than Hakodate.

Straight noodles are thin noodles. It is offered in exquisite little hardness, but it is quick to grow, so let's eat it in dice. The ingredients are slender and sliced. A lot of soup was sucked and it was delicious unexpectedly. I also ordered squid meal in the side menu. Contrary to the appearance it was light taste, the taste lost to the scallion seaweed, so it was personally a bit stronger taste was good.Anyway, Hokkaido love was felt, it was a sticking ramen shop.

Really small ramen place that only sells one specialized Hakodate shio ramen. Even though small and it sits only 7 customers at full capacity, you don’t feel claustrophobic or tight at your seat. The owners are really nice and the chef speaks English. English menu is available as well. The ramen costs only 750 yen that comes with noodles, bamboo shoots, garnishes, and two slices of charsiew (roasted pork slice). You can pay more for additional toppings. I added a soft boiled egg at 100 yen. The soup is simple and yet tastes great. Noodles are cooked at the right firmness and the charsiew is amazing. Order at your seat and you pay after the meal at your seat as well.

A small shop with only 10 counters. Only basic salt ramen. Very elegant and simple and beautiful ramen. The scallop taste and savory flavor is very delicious. Especially recommended for women and the elderly. Shop owners who seem to be silent and serious do not like to be photographed, so keep them in good manners and manners.

Hakodate Salt Ramen. Because general salt ramen does not contain fermented seasoning, it has inevitable delicious taste and salt is going to be sharp, but those of the shops here are taking octopus with kelp and scallops etc. I feel that it has enough taste, salt is also round, finished in elegance. Serves Shio Ramen 🍜 while admittedly not my favorite it has a nice mild taste. The people working there (owners?) are kind and speak some English. There's also an English menu available.

Ramen with Tamako and Shikameshi. We have kelp and scallop soup. Soft saltiness and soup stock are perfectly matched and reminds of a rich sea. When I ate the soup I had eaten a lot of soup, I feel so irresistible. The char shyu is made by roasting like an old butcher, and the burnt aroma of sugar soy sauce different from that of smoked is accented with good accent. Kameshi has a flavor of squid, and it seems like you are eating sea rice when you eat it with ramen soup, so it's just delicious.

I don't know any other place that offers more delicious Hakodate-style salt ramen than here.I think this is a Hakodate salt ramen shop that is more delicious than eating it in Hakodate.Even if you eat it with a solid tasteful soup with almost no oil floating, you can not get it.Let's have it together with the side menu squid!

I am from Hakodate. About 20 years have passed since I moved to Tokyo, but I think it is the only “Hakodate Shio Ramen”.In the past, there was a shop in Mt. The reason was that the shopkeeper was out at Tetsuwan DASH, but I was surprised to actually go and eat.It was the nostalgic Hakodate ramen I was looking for.If you are not good enough, “Hakodate Ramen” will be better than the local restaurant in Hakodate.It is especially nice to have porridge in it!Since then, the couple have gone to eat together after moving to Ogikubo, but less frequently ^^By the way, my husband and wife are very amiable.There was also a comment "I was arrogant", but it must have been a bad impression because of your attitude and facial expression.
